  • Custom designs, consultation sessions, digital downloads, and source files are not returnable once delivered and approved.
  • Partial returns are considered only if part of the project scope is undelivered or defective.

Received a Damaged Item?

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a written note to support your claim. We will review the case and offer a replacement if the item is damaged or significantly different from your order.

How to Request a Return

  • After approval, we will share steps to send the item back if applicable.

  • Our team will inspect your request or returned item.
  • We will email you the outcome. If approved, we will process it within 7 working days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers cover the return shipping cost unless the product is defective.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless stated otherwise.
