One honest thing before you start

Don't use AI to write your application answers.

Yes, we have AI detectors.

Yes, they're good.

And yes, it's mildly entertaining watching applicants use AI to apply to a program run by people who literally teach AI.

You're not taking an exam where the invigilator has never seen the syllabus. You're trying to sneak AI-generated answers past people who spend their days working with these tools.

We receive hundreds of applications for a few spots. We're evaluating you, not your prompt.

We'll teach you advanced prompting after you're selected.

For now, the challenge is much simpler: can you answer a few questions without outsourcing your personality to a chatbot?
